The beauty that you see here is the work of an 18 year restoration. The car was found in Jackson, Ms in 1979 with only 46,000 miles on it but the car it self was in poor condition due to a long 22 year hiatous. The ownership of this fine automobile has been traced back to the original owner who purchased the car from Zell Packard of Baltimore on September 12, 1937. There is an interesting stenciling on the back panel behind the rear seat with a date of July 30, 1937 which I guess was the completion date of the car. There is a serial number #1134-2037 and the engine # is A600201. |
