From the Driver's Seat- Wow, what a treat we had in Prairieville, La everyone knows where that is now. Jerry and Beverly, Thankyou for such a wonderful time and such good food! We had a total of 41 attending this tour! If you missed this one, you really missed a dandy! Beverly had enough food to feed 2 armies and Jerry's museum was envied by everyone. Jerry, They're still talking about your collections. We had a new member voted into our club at our meeting there: Robbie Wilbur, Ridgeland, Ms with a 1968 Mercury Cougar. Robbie, we're glad to have you in the family. We had a wonderful club participation last Saturday at the First Baptist Church in Madison Car Show. The weather was wonderful and I believe Tom told me they had 154 cars. Way to go Tom, we see what you and your guys can do. Hey, we need you at the fair show! And we even signed up a new member at the show. He had seen our website and was hoping someone would be there from our club for him to join! Boy were we! We're looking forward to the Vicksburg, Cedar Grove outing Saturday and Sunday, April 12 & 13. Gonna be a good one! Parker Hall has worked hard on this and I know it's gonna be a dandy. As you know, Paker is one of our members, Just like Tom Phillips that did the First baptist car show in Madison. See what great folks we have, and always having fun! Now, let's roll while having fun! APRIL 26th Eat-Out will be at Bonsai Japanese Steak House at 6:00 p.m. It is located at 1925 Lakeland Dr.. Contact Jack Lewis: 922-6730 or 668-6040 Ingredients; 1tbs. vegetable oil; 4 boneless chicken brest halves, cut; 1 can gream of asparagus soup; 1/4 cup milk; 1 tbs. lemon juice; 1/8 tsp. pepper. heat oil in a skillet; add chicken and cook till browned. Add soup milk lemon juice, and pepper. heat to a boil. cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes till done.
